TIR Fashion House showcased an evening wear collection of sandy, earthy designs made from west african fabrics at Africa Fashion Week London. The models wore masquerade masks as they graced the runway in their ball skirts and fishtail evening dresses. This collection was extremely innovative in the sense that Allen has managed to change the image of African fabric from being extremely conservative by producing very feminine, form fitting, sexy and somewhat risque designs. A stand out piece for me was a burnt orange co-ordinate which had a fringe cropped top and full length ball gown.
